Jeffry Liptak

Hi, I'm Jeffry. I build things with AI.

After 20 years in games, I've started directing AI to build the kinds of ideas I used to help studios bring to life.

I don't write the code. I pick the idea, set the bar, and keep the work moving until it's real. This page is where I keep what I've made so far.

The track record

5,000+games touched across PC, web and mobile
1,000+developers worked with
20+hit teams sourced, behind multiple $100M+ grossing games
$2B+in investment and exit value

About me

I spent a long stretch of my career at Big Fish Games, working with studios on PC, web and mobile games. From there I became an MD at OnlyHits, and for the last five years I've worked independently, advising on mobile publishing, platform growth and how to find the next hit team. Along the way I've lived and worked in Europe, Korea and Thailand. Spotting what will work and putting the right builders behind it is the same skill I now bring to building with AI.

What I've built with AI

Each one starts as a concept and ends as something real. Live work first, then work in progress.

Bloomwork

Live client work

The concept

A small dietitian practice had no admin, and its booking, email and phone tools had no one in charge of them. Could AI do that job, with a person still accountable?

The execution

I'm the hands-on AI lead for the practice. Every request goes on a Notion board, an AI agent does the work and reports back, and I approve anything that touches the live business. So far that has covered its Google listing, a working support inbox, a weekly patient email series and a trial of AI note-taking tools.

Don't Die Games

Live beta

The concept

Short skill games where the best player wins a prize pool. That only works if every score can be trusted.

The execution

A web arcade with two playable games, Vault Pop and Lane Crash, and more in development. Free practice mode, timed contests on a shared board, and every run replayed on the server so only verified scores reach the leaderboard. Contests run on test money during the beta.

AI News for Humans

Live, weekly

The concept

Most AI news is hype or jargon. Busy people want to know what AI is already doing to help real people, in plain words.

The execution

A weekly Substack newsletter: less noise, more help. An AI research and drafting workflow finds and writes up the week's stories, a separate AI reviewer checks every claim against its source, and I edit and approve each issue before it goes out.

ClipAll

Working prototype

The concept

Grocery apps make you clip digital coupons one at a time, so most of the savings go unclaimed.

The execution

A Chrome extension that clips every available coupon at major grocery chains in one click. It runs inside the shopper's own signed-in browser, so it never stores a password. Working build done; a free tier and a paid tier with scheduled runs are next.

Client Zero

In development

The concept

Health advice is generic, and sticking to a plan day to day is the hard part. A personal protocol should live on your phone and tell you what to do today.

The execution

A health system that goes from intake, to a personalized 12-week protocol, to a home-screen web app with today's meals, cooking, shopping and training. I'm running it on myself first, as client zero, before offering it to anyone else.
